Responsibilities

As a Digital Workplace Technician at Hydroscand, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and developing cutting-edge digital workplace solutions. Your expertise will ensure our end-users across 20 countries have a seamless and secure experience. You will act as a support resource for 2nd and 3rd line issues, with significant opportunities to drive change and projects within the area. The role also serves as an interface to the business in matters related to the Digital Workplace.

You will work extensively in cloud environments, primarily with the Microsoft 365 platform and Intune. Our clients consist of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android. However, we also have some on-prem systems such as Active Directory and print solutions that you will need to manage. Regardless of the system, security is of utmost importance, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of security around our identities and devices.

Our users are located in 20 different countries and work in various environments such as offices, factories, stores, service buses, warehouses, etc. it is therefore important to understand their needs and adapt the solution accordingly. This role may involve occasional travel within Sweden and internationally, providing you with opportunities to collaborate with our global teams and gain diverse experience.

In addition to having great colleagues, you will have access to external area experts whom you can consult or escalate to when needed, but it is your responsibility to use these resources cost-effectively and in line with our strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with administration in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows 10/11.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• ITIL knowledge and experience with processes such as incident, problem, and change.
